Lea Anne's Story
After graduating from OSU, I spent 20 years in TV news on the east coast. Then in 1990, I returned to Oklahoma as the Assistant VP for Communications for OSU. It was great fun to see old friends bringing their kids to OSU.
Then in 2000 (right before our last reunion) I was paralyzed in a car accident. Fortunately, I'm now hell on wheels (literally!) I did have to take disability retirement from OSU...Expand for more
in 2004, but I keep VERY busy doing pro-bono communications work for several non-profits, helping with our horse ranch and with three granddaughters.
Now with Gracelyn, Gail Hagerdorn and Gail Miller, I'm helping to collect e-mails in order to help plan the big Class of 1970 Po-Hi Reunion. "Friend" me on facebook under Natalea Watkins or send me a message here to get on the list.
